Barefoot farm is located in Amesbury Massachusetts abutting picturesque open conservancy land. We are small family owned farm raising quality Norwegian Fjord horses, Miniature horses, a few shetland sheep, a couple fiber goats, mini goats, an organic veggie garden and organic eggs from happy healthy chickens in co-operation with a local non-profit therapeutic agency's vocational program.
Riding and horsemanship programs are offered year round. Here you will find a Large roomy mounting platform with ramp adjacent to the
100 x 70 sand riding ring, 22 x 36 grooming/learning barn That can also be used for a therapeutic riding space, our own winding wooded trail and obstacle course for leading, riding or natural horsemanship play. Direct access to acres of open fields, Lake Gardner, the Pow Wow River and more wooded trails.
We can offer therapeutic and learning opportunities not found in tradition programs. All lessons are tailored to each individual or small group with a positive attitude and strong emphasis on safety. Let us work with you to meet you or your clients horsemanship goals in a fun, relaxed setting.
